Shipping Policy
SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL US
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders placed during the business week (Mon-Fri) are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after the shipping label is created while the carrier processes the package.
"Processing time" refers to the time it takes us to prepare and ship your order. "Transit time" refers to how long the carrier takes to deliver the package after it leaves our hands.
Transit times vary depending on the shipping method, carrier and destination. While we do all we can to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
We offer free economy shipping on orders of $49 or more (before tax and shipping) within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping is not available for:
- International delivery addresses
- U.S. territories
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Addresses not served by the carrier
Note: If you've placed an order with us and meant to select a different color or style, please email us immediately at support@ososupplyco.com. If your address is incorrect or wish to cancel your order, please contact immediately so we can make adjustments before it ships out!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or import fees that are charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If you are unsure what additional charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service before placing your order.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier conditions.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your address, update a color or style, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ososupplyco.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been handed off to the carrier we are no longer able to make changes.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.
