We want you to love everything you purchase from Oso Supply Co. That’s why we stand by every item we make, down to the last stitch. If you aren't in love with something you’ve purchased directly from our site, we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions.

OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with something you purchased on OsoSupplyCo.com, you can return it as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We only accept returns purchased directly from the Oso Supply Co website. 
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.  
  • International orders, gift cards and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • US customers can return any order for a flat rate of $9. This charge is deducted from the refund amount. 

Note: If you send items back that do not meet the conditions listed in this Return Policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and any item(s) you’ve sent back to us will be donated. 

THIRD-PARTY RETURNS
  • Oso Supply Co merchandise purchased at independent retailers, boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. 
  • Oso Supply Co will not accept returns for merchandise purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized retailers, or from reseller websites.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
Complete the following steps to submit a return request:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. Check your email for the six-digit verification code. Enter the code and hit Submit.
  4. Select the order and item(s) you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After we receive the returned item(s), your original form of payment will be credited, less the $9 return fee. 

OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE POLICY
We stand by the high level of quality in our products. If something is our fault, we will take care of it. Period. 

Oso Supply Co warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your gear. We reserve the right to determine manufacturing defects. If a product is deemed defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you. 

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, damages caused by accident, improper care or the natural breakdown of colors and materials throughout time.

SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL US
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders placed during the business week (Mon-Fri) are processed and out the door within 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method and carrier. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

We offer free economy shipping on orders of $49 or more before tax. This offer isn’t valid for international delivery addresses, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses not served by the carrier. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order.

Note: If you've placed an order with us and meant to select a different color or style, please email us immediately at support@ososupplyco.com. If your address is incorrect or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately so we can make adjustments before it ships out!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery.
